For better 4K media playback perfomance its better to dont use secured connections between TV and PMS

Application activation will be linked to current linked Plex account. To restore activation status just use the same Plex account.

Try to disable secure connections on Plex Media Server (PMS) in case you have problems connectivity to PMS.
